Mixed day. It's still warm but we've had sunny spells and some heavy showers. Could still do with some more rain. I am now reading an excellent book about the artists Claude Cahun and Marcel Moore. It's a fictionalised account of their life together told in the voice of Suzanne Malherbe (Marcel). In the 1930s they lived in Paris and mingled with Breton, Dali and other luminaries of the time. Compelling stuff.
