Cool, but dry and sunny. Finally managed to get out into the garden to start sorting out the mess. I'd let things slide since we came back from holiday in early September. That's about 10 weeks!
I used to be naive enough to believe that weeds stopped growing in the late Autumn/Winter. Not in my garden they don't!
