Went for a great walk with my friend Peter in the Goyt Valley. We walked up from the reservoir to Cats Tor and returned via Pyms Chair, the forest chapel and Errwood Hall. The valley featured in one of Alan Garner's books The Moon of Gomrath which was a favourite of mine when I was a kid. Great walks in that valley. Highly recommended.
