Monday: It rained through the night and up until about lunchtime. Then we went for a walk to Bolton Abbey, past the tearooms and finishing up at the Devonshire Arms which was rather posh! But they let us in for a drink. The woods by the river were beautiful. Then the rain started ad we walked back as quick as we could, but still managed to get drenched!
